About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to manage accounts across multiple businesses. In this role, you will lead our digital presence by developing engaging content and driving growth in reach, engagement, and enquiries. Uniquely, this position also requires a strong business development mindset to secure partnerships and generate sponsorship revenue through strategic brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop weekly and monthly content calendars, planning around business objectives, campaigns, offers, events, and festivals.
  
• Platform Management: Schedule and publish contentincluding Reels, Stories, and postsacross Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  
• Copywriting & Community: Write promotional copy, captions, and CTAs, while actively monitoring audience engagement, comments, and DMs.
  
• Production Coordination: Work closely with the Videographer/Editor to produce high-quality content.
  
• Trend Spotting: Identify relevant audio, formats, and emerging content opportunities.
  
• Campaigns & Analytics: Develop targeted social media campaigns and track performance metrics to prepare regular reports.
  

Business Development & Sponsorships

• Identify and pitch potential brands that could benefit from promotions at our venues.
  
• Prepare promotional packages and sponsorship proposals, managing the relationship from the initial pitch through to execution.
  
• Build marketing partnerships by exploring paid and barter collaborations with influencers, creators, and businesses.
