The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving customer engagement through effective social media strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
3. Create high-quality graphics, videos, reels, stories, and marketing content.
4. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
5. Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional copy.
6. Monitor social media trends and implement innovative marketing ideas.
7. Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (preferred).
8. Increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
9. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
10. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for product launches and campaigns.
11. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
12. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
