Job summary

Fit.Zone, a Bengaluru-based fitness membership platform, is seeking a Marketing professional to manage partner centers' Google Business Profiles, publish weekly posts, handle reviews, and coordinate with the sales and care teams.

You will also plan the Instagram calendar, respond to comments and DMs, and report on reach and engagement monthly. This role requires 1–3 years' experience, strong English writing, and familiarity with fitness advertising sensitivities.

Qualifications

• Must have managed Google Business Profiles for a multi-location business.
• Excellent written English with a warm, confident tone.
• Knowledge of Instagram formats: Reels, Stories, and feed posts.
• Understanding fitness advertising sensitivities: no before/after images or health claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner fitness centers' Google Business Profiles: weekly posts, photos, offers, hours, categories and Q&A.
• Reply to Google reviews within 24 hours; escalate complaints to customer care as needed.
• Run review-generation drives with cluster managers and partner centers.
• Set up Google Business Profile for new centers within 3 working days of go-live.
• Plan and publish the Fit.Zone Instagram calendar: feed, Stories and Reels, with captions and hashtags.
• Reply to comments and DMs, and pass leads to the sales and customer care teams the same day.
• Report monthly: profile calls, direction requests and website clicks per center; Instagram reach, saves and follower growth.

What you will do
