Job summary

Fit.Zone is seeking a field video creator in Bengaluru to shoot and edit short-form Reels at partner fitness centers. You will capture trainer spotlights, member stories, and class highlights while delivering 4–6 videos weekly and on-site photos for Google Business Profiles.

Join a Bengaluru-based fitness membership platform and own video content from day one, with rapid launch videos for new centers and direct collaboration with the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence

Responsibilities

• Shoot at partner fitness centers: trainer spotlights, member stories, class highlights and center tours
• Edit vertical Reels and 15–45 second ads with captions and hooks
• Deliver 4–6 finished videos per week, plus raw cuts for ads team
• Produce a launch video for each newly onboarded center within 7 days of go-live
• Capture photos for Google Business Profiles on site
• Obtain consent and follow fitness ad rules (no before/after body shots)

What you will do

• Shoot at partner fitness centers: trainer spotlights, member stories, class highlights and center tours
• Edit vertical Reels and ad videos (15–45 seconds) with captions, a strong hook in the first 2 seconds and on-brand text
• Deliver 4–6 finished videos a week, plus raw cuts for the performance team to test as ads
• Produce a launch video for each newly onboarded center within 7 days of go-live
• Capture photos for Google Business Profiles while on site
• Get consent from members and staff before filming, and follow fitness ad rules: no before/after body shots, no health claims

Must have

• A Reels portfolio with real views, ideally fitness, food, lifestyle or local business content
• Shoots well on a phone (gimbal and lighting basics) and edits fast in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
• Comfortable directing trainers and members on camera
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence

Good to have

• Basic motion graphics and sound design
• Experience shooting in gyms, studios or sports settings

• Weekly video output delivered against the content plan
• Watch-through rate and saves on Reels improving month on month
• Every new partner fitness center has a launch video within 7 days of go-live
