Sportskeeda Inc. in India is seeking a senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing for consumer products in a remote setup.

You will develop brand and acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, leveraging mar-tech and data-driven approaches.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong analytics, and collaboration with internal teams to grow app and content audiences. Experiences with GA360, Amplitude and Firebase preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall digital media plan and execution across Google Search, Display, FB ads, Native.
• Create and manage digital marketing (Brand, Programmatic, social, affiliates) strategies and leverage campaigns to deliver on business objectives.
• Own the strategic development of performance marketing, through a strong mar-tech and data- driven acquisition approach for app growth, content vertical growth and new digital product Go-To-Market strategy and execution.
• Drive, manage and partner with key internal stakeholders.
• Manage large scale campaign planning, execution and optimization strategy for both performance and brand awareness.
• Plan and execute LinkedIn and other B2B marketing campaigns to generate strong partnership leads.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Performance and Digital Marketing for consumer products with a focus on Preferred combination of experience in online acquisition and retention marketing in an in-house digital marketing setup.
• A good understanding of funnels, audience segmentation, creative best practices and marketing briefs.
• Excellent skills in analytical and logical reasoning, ability to analyze large and complex data-sets to realize appropriate strategies and solutions for programs and campaigns.
• Thorough understanding and experience of Bid optimisers, RTB, DSPs, Ad exchanges, DMPs, Audience targeting/segmentation and web analytics tools like GA360/amplitude/Appsflyer/Firebase/Clevertap.
• Excellent hands-on exposure to managing and optimizing campaigns on Adwords, Bing, Facebook, and other ad platforms.
• Enthusiasm to learn and upskill on processes, tools and best practices basis new trends.
