• Create, manage, and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles.
• Ensure accurate business information including address, contact details, hours, and categories.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews, Q&A, and messages.
• Post regular updates, offers, and photos on GMB listings.
• Track insights, performance metrics, and local SEO results.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align GMB activities with campaigns.
• Resolve listing issues such as suspensions, duplicates, or verification problems.
• Strong understanding of Google My Business and local SEO practices.
• Excellent written communication skills for review responses and posts.
• Analytical skills to interpret GMB insights and performance data.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online branding.
