Role Overview

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes Instagram — 1-2 years of experience in social media/content creation. From Reels to Stories, you know what works, why it works, and how to make people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Instagram-first content (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
• Shoot and appear in short-form videos as the face of content
• Write hooks, captions, and scripts optimized for engagement
• Stay on top of trends, audios, and formats and act fast
• Track performance (views, saves, shares) and iterate

Requirements

• Fluent in English & Hindi + Assamese or Marathi
• Strong on-camera presence (confident, natural, relatable)
• Hands-on with shooting via phone + basic editing
• Deep understanding of Reels algorithm & trends
