Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with strong expertise in YouTube content creation, Instagram Reels production, and short-form video storytelling. The ideal candidate will develop engaging video content, manage social channels, optimize video performance, and support brand growth through high-impact digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit YouTube videos, ensuring high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and platform-native content optimized for virality.
• Manage end-to-end video production, including storyboarding, filming, editing, motion graphics, and publishing.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and metadata management for YouTube.
• Monitor analytics across YouTube and Instagram to track performance and improve content strategy.
• Stay updated on social media trends, video formats, trending audio, and platform algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to drive consistent messaging and brand positioning.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all video assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in video creation, including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube content strategy, channel management, and analytics tools.
• Expertise in Instagram Reels creation and understanding of short-form content trends.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Canva, VN, Insta Reels, Youtube Studio etc).
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify and communicate ideas visually.
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva) preferred.
• Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.
