Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media or related field.
• Passionate about social media and content creation.
• Strong command of English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, trends, virality and algorithms.
• Comfortable in front of or behind the camera for video content.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and schedule engaging social media content.
• Research trends, viral formats, trending audio, and platform updates.
• Assist with content ideation, scripting, and campaign planning.
• Participate in content shoots and appear in videos as required.
• Assist with photography and basic video production.
• Engage with online communities through comments and DMs.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve performance.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Journalism, Advertising, PR, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, digital culture, and content creation.
• Strong command of English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, trends, virality, and social media algorithms.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera or behind it and creating video content.
• Basic understanding of photography and comfortable handling cameras, lights, and other content equipment.
• Actively posts on social media and understands what makes content engaging.
• Experience participating in college clubs, committees, president's clubs, events, or similar activities.
