Sulthan Gold in Mangaluru is seeking a creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage Instagram and other platforms, create engaging content and execute campaigns that boost brand visibility.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Instagram Reel expertise, influencer coordination, paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, and a portfolio of jewellery/lifestyle campaigns. Prior jewellery or fashion experience is preferred.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands‑on experience in Instagram marketing. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, developing engaging digital content, executing marketing campaigns and strengthening brand visibility across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of Instagram Reels, content creation, social media trends, influencer marketing and paid digital campaigns, preferably in the jewellery, fashion or lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's Instagram account and other social media platforms.


• Develop and execute Instagram strategies to improve followers, reach, engagement and brand awareness.


• Conceptualise, create and publish engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts and promotional content.


• Identify trending audio, hashtags, content formats and social media opportunities.


• Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots for jewellery collections, new launches and festive campaigns.


• Create engaging content showcasing gold, diamond, platinum and other jewellery collections.


• Maintain a structured social media content calendar and ensure timely publishing.


• Coordinate with influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors for collaborations.


• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.


• Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, reach and conversions.


• Prepare regular social media analytics and performance reports.


• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers and internal marketing teams.


• Handle social media interactions and coordinate customer enquiries with showroom teams.


• Maintain consistent brand identity and communication across all digital platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field preferred.


• 2 - 5 years of hands‑on experience in social media and digital marketing.


• Strong practical experience managing Instagram business accounts.


• Excellent knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, trends and audience engagement.


• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.


• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar creative tools.


• Good content writing, caption creation and storytelling abilities.


• Understanding of social media analytics, engagement rates and audience growth.


• Creative mindset with strong visual aesthetics and attention to detail.


• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, luxury retail or consumer brands is preferred.


• Must have a portfolio of Instagram pages, campaigns, Reels or digital projects handled.


• Should be capable of independently planning and executing social media campaigns.


• Must understand how to convert social media engagement into customer enquiries and showroom visits.
