Meragi in Bengaluru seeks a creative Social media - Designer & Video Editor to shape how our wedding brand appears on social channels. You will craft reels, carousels and other visuals that capture attention and reflect a luxury wedding aesthetic.

You will edit footage from real weddings and behind-the-scenes moments, ensuring pacing, typography and storytelling are on-brand while collaborating with the creative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video editing and social media content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects.
• Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva for static designs.
• Strong eye for pacing, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Ability to independently execute briefs with creativity and attention to detail; experience with wedding, lifestyle, fashion or luxury brands is a plus.

About The Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social media - Designer & Video Editor to join the creative team at Meragi and help shape how our brand shows up on social media. Meragi plans and executes weddings end to end, from venue and decor to the final event experience. This gives us access to a wide range of creative content, including real weddings, decor setups, venue shoots and behind-the-scenes moments. We're looking for someone who can transform this content into engaging reels, carousels and social media creatives that capture attention and make people stop scrolling.
