Job summary

ITD GrowthLabs in Mumbai is seeking a Social Media Associate to own end-to-end social media for India and global client accounts. You will plan content calendars, write captions, and post copy, coordinating with designers and editors and scheduling via major tools. You will manage comments and DMs and report monthly on growth and engagement.

You will work on real client accounts from day one, with exposure to India + global D2C and B2B brands, in a fast-paced on-site Mumbai environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building content calendars for multiple client accounts across platforms.
• Strong English copywriting; Hindi knowledge is a plus and helpful for multilingual audiences.
• Ability to coordinate with designers and video editors to brief creatives and gather assets.
• Familiarity with scheduling and social listening tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own monthly content calendars for 3–5 client accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X).
• Write social-first captions and copy in client brand voice in English; Hindi when needed.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors, brief creatives, and review outputs.
• Schedule posts using Buffer, Hootsuite, Planable, Later, or Sprout Social.
• Manage comments and DMs, monitor engagement, and report monthly on performance.

What you’ll do, with whom, and why it matters

You will join the digital marketing pod and own end-to-end social media for 3–5 India + global client accounts. You’ll plan content calendars, write captions + post copy, coordinate with designers + video editors, schedule via Buffer / Hootsuite / Planable, manage comments + DMs, and report monthly on growth + engagement. We manage Rs 8Cr+ in ad spend and 100+ D2C brands and you’ll work on real client accounts from day one.

Responsibilities

What you will do day-to-day

• Build and own monthly content calendars for 3–5 client accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X)
• Write social-first captions + copy in client brand voice (English + Hindi when needed)
• Coordinate with designers + video editors to brief creatives, gather assets, review final outputs
• Schedule posts via Buffer, Hootsuite, Planable, Later, or Sprout Social
• Manage comments, DMs, replies, and community engagement on client accounts
• Monitor performance + report monthly: engagement, growth, follower quality, content top-performers
• Run social listening + competitor tracking; brief insights monthly
• Pitch and execute creative campaigns + collaboration partnerships

What we’re looking for

Skills, experience and mindset

• Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, TikTok as creator-side tools
• Buffer / Hootsuite / Planable / Later / Sprout Social — at least one scheduling tool
• Strong copywriting in English (Hindi a plus); ability to shift register across B2B + D2C + lifestyle
• Content calendar discipline — weekly + monthly planning, batch creation, asset hand-off
• Performance reporting — engagement, reach, follower growth, share-of-voice
• Basic Canva + Figma for templating + image variations
• Cultural fluency on Indian + global trends, festivals, news cycle
• Nice to have: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator basics, influencer partnership experience
