ITD GrowthLabs in Mumbai (Andheri HQ) seeks a graphic designer and video editor for full-time or internship roles. You will handle hands-on client work from day one, collaborating with the design and creative pod to deliver across social media, ads, and brand campaigns.

You will use Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools to create static and motion content, with a focus on brand consistency and social-first design. On-site work at Andheri HQ.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing for social media.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.

• Strong sense of typography, layout, and brand consistency.

• Design social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Create Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads visuals in multiple variants for A/B testing.
• Design hero images for websites and landing pages.
• Generate AI-assisted illustrations and product visuals.
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
• Edit long-form videos using Premiere and After Effects.
• Build motion graphics and animated infographics.
• Maintain client brand systems and design libraries.

What you’ll do, with whom, and why it matters

You will join the design and creative pod and produce graphic design + video output for client social media, paid ads, landing pages, brand campaigns and editorial content. You’ll work across Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Freepik resources, AI image-generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion), and video editors (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut). We ship 100+ design + video deliverables a month and you’ll be hands-on with real client work from day one.

What you will do day-to-day

• Design Instagram + LinkedIn + YouTube + Facebook social media creatives
• Design Meta Ads + Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads creatives in multiple variants for A/B testing
• Design website + landing page hero graphics, infographics, schema images, OG/social preview images
• Generate AI-assisted illustrations + product visuals using Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• Edit short-form video (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) using Premiere or CapCut
• Edit long-form explainer / brand / testimonial videos using Premiere + After Effects
• Build motion graphics + animated infographics in After Effects
• Maintain client brand systems, design libraries, and Figma component sets

Skills, experience and mindset

• Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator for static design
• Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects for video + motion graphics
• Canva for fast-turnaround social design
• Freepik / Envato / Adobe Stock for asset sourcing and customisation
• AI design tools — Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ElevenLabs (for voiceovers)
• Figma basics for design system collaboration
• Sense of typography, layout, brand consistency, social-first composition
• Nice to have: 3D (Spline, Blender basics), CapCut, Davinci Resolve
