• Draft social media posts (captions, hooks, CTAs) for client brands, 5–10 posts/day across platforms.
• Research trending formats, audio, and hooks relevant to each client’s industry.
• Schedule posts using tools and ensure approvals before posting.
• Assist with content shoots; coordinate with creative team and prep shot lists.
• Track post performance weekly; analyze what worked and why, with concrete reasoning.
• Respond to DMs and comments using pre-approved templates.
• Maintain content calendars and flag gaps or delays before they become problems.

What this internship involves

You will work on real client social media accounts ??? not our internal test page, not a fictional brand for practice. Real businesses, real audiences, real results tracked weekly. You will learn how social media marketing works at an agency by doing it, not by watching courses.

This is a full-time, onsite internship. 3 months minimum, with conversion to a full-time role for strong performers.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Draft social media posts (captions, hooks, CTAs) for client brands ??? you will write 5-10 posts per day across platforms
• Research trending content formats, audio, and hooks relevant to each client's industry
• Schedule posts using our tools and ensure nothing goes out without approval
• Assist with content shoots ??? coordinate with the creative team, prepare shot lists, handle basic editing if capable
• Track post performance weekly: what worked, what did not, and why (not just "engagement was low" ??? actual reasoning)
• Respond to DMs and comments on client accounts with pre-approved reply templates
• Maintain content calendars and flag gaps or delays before they become problems

What we are looking for

• You actually use social media with intent: Not just scrolling ??? you notice why some reels get 10x views, why certain hooks work, what makes someone stop scrolling. If you have run any page (personal brand, college fest, friend's business), mention it.
• Writing ability: You can write a clean Instagram caption in English and Hindi. Grammar matters. Spelling matters. "Ur" instead of "your" is not acceptable in client copy.
• Communication: You will sit in client meetings, take notes, and sometimes present your work. You need to speak clearly and not freeze when asked a question.
• Logical thinking: When a post underperforms, you should be able to reason about why ??? was it the hook? The timing? The format? The audience? We want analytical thinking, not just vibes.
• Reliability: Show up on time, meet deadlines, flag problems early. This matters more than creativity at the intern level.

Work setup

• Location: Onsite at our Delhi office ??? Netaji Subhash Place (NSP). This is not remote.
• Duration: 3 months minimum. Paid internship. Conversion to full-time Social Media Executive for strong performers.
• Hours: Monday to Saturday, standard office hours.
• Team: You work under the content lead alongside 2-3 other content creators.
