Job summary

Mace is delivering a complex, large-scale data centre project in Mumbai with a focus on high-quality standards in a regulated environment, requiring senior leaders in information management.

You will define strategies, lead IM functions, establish CDEs, and coach teams to ensure compliance and delivery excellence, while supporting bid development and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification essential with 15-25 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Full construction delivery data centre experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Information Management strategies, standards, and ISO 19650-aligned digital delivery processes.
• Lead project IM functions, ensuring governance, quality assurance, and information compliance.
• Establish, manage, and continuously improve Common Data Environments (CDE) across programmes and projects.
• Coach and support project teams in best-practice information management and digital delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, contributing knowledge, innovation, and best practice to the Digital Centre of Excellence.
• Support bid development and drive sustainable project outcomes, including net zero carbon objectives.

You’ll Be Responsible For
