You will shape client and contractor relations, champion safety, and drive continuous improvement across design, procurement and construction, while guiding senior teams toward sustainable, net-zero objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification essential with 20–25 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Data centre delivery experience on complex, highly regulated or mission-critical projects.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and manage client, consultant and contractor relationships, driving seamless collaboration across all stakeholders.

• Guide teams with subject matter expertise, promoting best practice, digital adoption and continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery strategies, design and authority programmes, procurement sequencing and construction execution.
• Manage senior project teams while supporting broader business priorities, commercial performance and sustainability goals, including net-zero commitments.

This is a complex, large scale, data centre mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team.
