Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
• Experience in the relevant field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design management activities to deliver assigned business plan outcomes, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
• Guide and support project-based design management teams, ensuring stakeholder requirements and project briefs are consistently achieved.
• Maintain robust governance and management systems across the project lifecycle, driving compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Analyse, interpret, and present performance data, KPIs, and management review outputs to support informed decision-making and project success.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and the coordinated delivery of project outcomes.

Youll Be Responsible For

• Lead and coordinate design management activities to deliver assigned business plan outcomes, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
• Guide and support project-based design management teams, ensuring stakeholder requirements and project briefs are consistently achieved.
• Maintain robust governance and management systems across the project lifecycle, driving compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Analyse, interpret, and present performance data, KPIs, and management review outputs to support informed decision-making and project success.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and the coordinated delivery of project outcomes.
• Promote knowledge sharing, leverage Centre of Excellence expertise, and contribute to Mace net zero carbon ambitions through the proactive management of carbon impacts and reductions.

Youll Need To Have

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Experience in the relevant field.
