Job summary

Mace is leading a data centre project in Mumbai, seeking an experienced project delivery professional. The role focuses on multidisciplinary engineering support and supervision across site activities, with emphasis on quality, safety and compliance in a heavily regulated environment.

Ideal candidates will have 15-25 years of relevant experience, formal degree qualification, and strong leadership to manage design queries, contractors and on-site teams to uphold project standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide multidisciplinary technical, engineering support and supervision across site wide activities.
• Ensures robust controls, quality and accurate as-built verification for Civils, Structural and Architectural work.
• Ensures scope of works are quality controlled and that quality controls are implemented and communicated.
• Review design information and resolve queries with designers and trade contractors to maintain delivery confidence.
• Manage contractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality plans, construction methodology and specifications.
• Support Site Engineers or Inspectors while driving continuous improvement, quality assurance and safety on site.

The Project

This is a complex, data centre mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide multidisciplinary technical, engineering support and supervision across site wide activities.
• Ensures robust controls, quality and accurate as‑built verification for Civils, Structural and Architectural work.
• Ensures scope of works are quality controlled ensuring quality controls are implemented and communicated.
• Review design information, resolving queries with designers and trade contractors to maintain delivery confidence.
• Manage contractors, ensuring full adherence to project plans, quality plans, construction methodology and specifications.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree qualification is essential with 15-25 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Full construction delivery data centre experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
