The role requires hands-on experience with SmartCOMM/Thunderhead, XML/XSD/XSLT, and REST APIs, delivering multi-channel outputs (Print, Web, PDF) and collaborating with analysts and SMEs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to SmartCOMM / Thunderhead development.
• Strong proficiency in XML, XSD, XSLT, and JavaScript for template data mapping and dynamic logic.
• Hands-on experience creating complex compositions such as policy declarations, billing statements, and regulatory notices.
• Solid understanding of multi-channel output generation (Print, Web, PDF, Digital).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement business rules, conditional logic, dynamic content suppression, and variable substitution.
• Integrate SmartCOMM templates with core business platforms via XML, XSD, XSLT, and REST APIs.

• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and support UAT cycles within defined SLAs.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SmartCOMM Developer to join our talent team, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience in building complex document compositions, dynamic logic integration, and multi‑channel delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop document templates using SmartCOMM Studio for enterprise client communications.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

• Exposure to legacy or adjacent CCM platforms (Adobe LiveCycle, HP Exstream, Quadient Inspire).
