Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a focused Template Designer to join our SaaS team in India. The role involves creating and migrating templates to SmartComm, interpreting specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will perform unit testing, fix template bugs, and maintain knowledge databases while tracking progress and reporting. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of XML/JSON-related technologies.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of template design and related terminology.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and RESTful services is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret specifications and translate into templates.
• Knowledge of JSON/XML/XSD formats and related tooling.
• Proactive in unit testing and documenting issues.
