Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a CCM specialist to design and implement SmartCOMM-based communications for enterprise use. The role emphasizes crafting dynamic templates, data modeling, and leveraging ATD and Draft Editor tools to deliver scalable, personalized customer communications.

The candidate will engage in end-to-end CCM projects, from requirements through deployment, collaborating with analysts, architects, and QA to ensure robust, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop communication templates for enterprise use cases using SmartCOMM.
• Create dynamic, reusable, and scalable templates aligned with business requirements.
• Model data using SmartCOMM Data Modeler to structure and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Work with SmartCOMM Designer (ATD) to build and customize layouts and formats.
• Utilize SmartCOMM Draft Editor for content creation and management of artifacts.
• Apply CCM concepts: personalization, multi-channel delivery, and document generation.
• Lead end-to-end CCM implementations: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Collaborate with BAs, architects, and QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SmartCOMM solutions in production environments.

• Strong experience in SmartCOMM platform with a focus on designing and developing communication templates for enterprise use cases.
• Hands-on expertise in template design, including creation of dynamic, reusable, and scalable templates aligned with business requirements.
• Proficiency in data modeling using SmartCOMM Data Modeler to structure, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Experience working with SmartCOMM Designer (ATD) for building and customizing customer communication layouts and formats.
• Exposure to SmartCOMM Draft Editor for content creation, editing, and management of communication artifacts.
• Good understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) concepts, including document generation, personalization, and multi-channel delivery.
• Ability to work on end-to-end CCM implementations, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with enterprise CCM solutions and best practices for handling large-scale communication workflows.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining SmartCOMM solutions in production environments.
