Job summary

WebSenor Ltd is seeking an experienced Quadient Template Developer (3–5 years) to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise CCM solutions. You will work on interactive templates, base templates, and complex document layouts for both print and digital channels.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Quadient Inspire Designer/Interactive experience, data mapping, personalization, and strong troubleshooting skills. Remote/Hybrid/On-site work models available as per business needs in Bengaluru region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on Quadient Template Development.
• Strong Quadient Inspire Designer & Quadient Interactive experience.
• Strong understanding of document composition and CCM.
• Experience building data-driven, personalized templates.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain CCM templates using Quadient Inspire Designer and Quadient Interactive.
• Create Interactive and base templates, forms, letters, notices, and correspondence documents.
• Develop reusable content blocks, fragments, and shared components.
• Configure Quadient Interactive forms and correspondence templates.
• Implement business rules, conditional logic, and personalization.
• Perform data mapping and transformation from XML/JSON/CSV sources.
• Design complex layouts with dynamic tables, branding, logos, and pagination.
• Ensure consistent composition and layout across templates.
• Manage users, groups, roles, and permissions in Quadient.
• Support approval processes, template lifecycle, and onboarding.
• Test templates, validate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
• Provide production support and deploy enhancements.
• Collaborate with BAs, Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for templates, components, workflows, and configs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Template Developer with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer and Quadient Interactive to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-level Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Interactive and base template development, document composition, reusable components, data mapping, business rules, personalization, and complex document layouts. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer communications across print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer and Quadient Interactive.
• Create and maintain Interactive templates, base templates, forms, letters, notices, and correspondence documents.
• Develop reusable content blocks, fragments, shared components, and template assets.
• Configure and maintain Quadient Interactive forms and correspondence templates.
• Implement business rules, conditional logic, dynamic content, and personalized communications.
• Perform data mapping, data manipulation, and transformation for template development.
• Process and integrate data from XML, JSON, and CSV sources.
• Design complex document layouts with dynamic tables, branding elements, logos, images, pagination, and advanced formatting.
• Ensure consistent document composition, formatting, branding, and layout across communication templates.
• Configure and manage users, groups, roles, and permissions within the Quadient platform.
• Support approval processes, template lifecycle management, and tenant onboarding.
• Perform template testing, validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Provide production support and resolve template-related issues within defined timelines.
• Support deployments and ongoing enhancements to customer communication solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure templates comply with organizational standards, branding guidelines, and communication requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation related to templates, components, workflows, and configurations.

• Experience integrating Quadient solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs.
• Experience with regulated industries such as banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or telecommunications is an advantage.
