Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced specialist to develop and maintain customer communication templates using Smart Communications (SmartCOMM). You will design dynamic, data-driven templates for statements, letters, and notifications, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities include testing, debugging, and optimizing templates, integrating SmartCOMM with backend systems, deploying environments using AWS, and ensuring branding

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with OpenText SmartCommunications / GMC Inspire.
• Strong experience in template design, rule configuration, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in SmartCOM Designer, Content Author, and Control Center.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT.
• Good understanding of document composition, formatting, and output management.
• Experience in batch and on demand document generation.
