Job summary

JSW Greentech Limited in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, is seeking a Technical Skill Development Trainer to lead hands-on training for operators, technicians and apprentices. You will develop modules across Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive and EV sectors and coordinate with production, maintenance and safety teams to meet plant requirements.

The role requires Diploma/ITI/BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile or related technical field, with strong practical knowledge and excellent

• Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing/automotive/EV technologies.
• Good communication, presentation and hands-on training skills.
• Experience in technical skill development, OJT and competency assessment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training programs for operators, technicians and apprentices.
