• Training & Infra for skilling-with Govt, Industry body, Skill association & internal teams in identification, development and implementation of skill initiatives aligned with the industry requirements.
• Strengthen technical training content & delivery across the skilling initiatives.
• Benchmarking and cross implementation of best practices in skilling within and outside the automotiveindustry.
• Technical competence development of trainers.
• Impact assessments of training initiatives in terms of training performance, technical competence and identification of gaps & improvement areas.
