Job summary

Navyblue Resources Integration And Solutions is seeking an IoT Survey & Installation Engineer cum Technician for our Pune Office. The role involves on-site surveys, installation of sensors and gateways, and configuring devices to multiple networks and cloud systems.

The candidate will trouble-shoot hardware and connectivity issues, maintain equipment, and generate reports including BOMs and client sign-offs.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or Instrumentation.
• 1–3 years of field installation, IoT or industrial automation experience.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license for local Pune travel.
• Fluency in Hindi or Marathi, basic English.

Responsibilities

• Site surveys to check network signal, power access, and layout.
• Install IoT sensors, gateways, and hardware devices on client sites.
• Configure devices to networks (Wi-Fi, Cellular, LoRaWAN) and cloud systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, hardware faults, and perform routine maintenance.
• Prepare survey maps, BOMs, and client sign-off sheets.

Candidate Profile

• Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in field installation, IoT, or industrial automation.
• Skills: Hands-on wiring, tool handling (multimeters, drills), and network protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP).
• Travel: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for local Pune travel.
