Job summary

iScape Designers is seeking a Site Supervisor Interior Projects to manage and coordinate interior project execution at various locations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior works, site coordination, material management, and quality control.

You will oversee daily interior activities, coordinate with PMs, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
• Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and layouts.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review site conditions and coordinate with the design team for necessary clarifications.
• Monitor carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, painting, flooring, fabrication, and finishing works.
• Manage site manpower and ensure proper work allocation.
• Track project progress and provide daily updates to the management team.
• Ensure materials are received, checked, and utilized efficiently at site.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and workmanship quality.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain site records, checklists, and progress reports.
• Ensure safety standards and discipline at project locations.
• Support smooth handover of completed projects.

The Site Supervisor Interior Projects - We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate interior project execution at various project locations.
