Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Site Manager to oversee and manage the execution of interior fit-out projects. This role involves end-to-end supervision of on-site activities, ensuring work quality, timely delivery, and adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior project execution, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, designers, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor site work quality, material usage, and daily progress.
• Read and interpret design drawings, BOQs, and layout plans.
• Ensure installation of carpentry, electrical, modular fittings, false ceilings, and finishes as per specifications.
• Handle site inspections, quality checks, and resolve any execution-related issues.
• Maintain site reports, logs, and material registers and update progress to the management team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure site cleanliness and discipline.
• Lead a team of skilled workers, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Site Supervisor/Site Manager in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, execution methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and 3D design models.
• Excellent leadership and site coordination skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage time and resources effectively.
