Job summary

Innovatione India is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects in Bengaluru. You will supervise daily site activities, ensure work aligns with drawings and BOQ, manage manpower and materials, and coordinate with contractors and procurement to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, ability to read architectural drawings, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Prior experience in turnkey interior projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 16 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (Corporate Offices, Commercial Spaces, Retail, Hospitality, etc.).
• Experience in handling multiple contractors and site activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Attend client and consultant meetings whenever required.
• Ensure timely completion of snag rectification before project handover.
