Job summary

Topgear Consultants is seeking a Site Supervisor – Interior Projects to lead turnkey interior site execution in Mumbai. You will supervise site activities, coordinate carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, ceiling and painting works, and ensure work follows drawings and specifications with safety and quality controls.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years in turnkey interior contracting, interior fit-out or commercial/residential interiors.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI or civil background preferred.
• Experience in turnkey interior contracting, interior fit-out projects, commercial interiors or similar site execution projects is desired.
• Read and interpret approved drawings and specifications; coordinate to ensure quality and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily turnkey interior site execution.
• Coordinate carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, ceiling and painting works.
• Read and execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage workers and subcontractors and monitor manpower/productivity.
• Check quality of workmanship and materials.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement/stores.
• Prepare daily progress updates and coordinate with architects, consultants and clients.
• Identify site issues and coordinate resolutions with the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper work sequence, housekeeping and safety.
• Assist in snagging and rectification.
