Job summary

Sahanas Creations is seeking a Site Engineer / Project Coordinator for commercial interiors in Coimbatore. You will oversee site marking through project completion, coordinating with vendors, contractors and service agencies to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.

The role requires hands-on management of civil, carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, HVAC and other MEP works, with focus on quality, timelines and client coordination. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling corporate office and IT office interior projects.
• Good vendor coordination, client handling and site management skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials, workmanship and interior execution.
• Good communication, documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial interior projects from site marking to project completion.

• Monitor material consumption and maintain proper material management and site records.
• Check vendor measurements, work completion and vendor bills before submission.
• Maintain daily work progress and update the CRM/project management system.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports and work updates.
• Coordinate with clients and address day-to-day site requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure quality, timelines, safety and workmanship standards are maintained at site.
