Interazzo Decor & Furnishing is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee high-end residential interior projects and coordinate between clients, designers, and project teams for timely execution.

The role requires a Diploma in civil or related field with 2–5 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Excel. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the execution of high-end residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, designers, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the Site.
• Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and project manager.
• To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others.
• Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion.
• Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries.
• Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end luxury Villas/ Residential Projects.
• Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
• Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is a must.
• Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
