Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure interior works follow drawings, specifications, and PMC instructions.
• Attend site full-time and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Submit daily progress reports to PMC with site photographs and updates.
• Verify site measurements and assist in checking and certification of contractor/vendor bills.
• Monitor workmanship, quality standards and project compliance.
• Communicate PMC instructions to contractors and vendors.
• Track project progress and highlight delays or deviations to PMC.
• Maintain site records, measurements and documentation.

Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor (Interior Projects) Reporting To Project Management Consultant (PMC) Experience Required 2–3 years of relevant experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in interior fit-out projects Immediate joiners only Qualification Diploma in Civil Engineering Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and suitability) Job Location Interior project sites (Full-time site deployment) Key Responsibilities Monitor and supervise day-to-day site activities and work progress. Ensure execution of interior works as per approved drawings, specifications, and PMC instructions. Attend site full-time and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors. Submit daily progress reports to PMC along with site photographs and updates. Verify site measurements and assist in checking and certification of contractor/vendor bills. Monitor workmanship, quality standards, and compliance with project requirements. Provide technical support and guidance at site as required. Communicate and implement technical instructions issued by PMC to contractors and vendors. Track project progress and highlight delays, issues, or deviations to PMC.
