Job summary

Riddhi Siddhi Career Point in Pune is seeking a Civil/Interior Project Engineer to lead interior fit-out and turnkey projects, ensuring drawings, specs, and timelines are met.

You will supervise site activities across disciplines, coordinate with clients and vendors, prepare progress reports, and ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance. Experience with multiple sites, reading BOQs, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project is preferred; strong communication a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or diploma in civil engineering or interior design is required.
• Experience in office interiors, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial turnkey projects preferred.
• Experience handling multiple sites is preferred.
• Reading and interpreting drawings and BOQs is essential.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Execute interior fit-out and turnkey projects per drawings and specifications.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities across civil, furniture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceiling, flooring, and finishing.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare site progress reports and monitor timelines.
• Ensure work quality, safety standards, and project compliance.
• Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement.
• Monitor manpower productivity and subcontractor performance.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and execution challenges.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
• Maintain project documentation, work records, and site reports.
• Attend project review meetings and provide execution updates.
• Support billing and quantity surveying teams with measurements and certifications.
