Cosmic Uplift is hiring a Site Supervisor cum Billing Engineer for interior fit-out projects. The role involves supervising site execution, ensuring quality, and handling project billing, measurements and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects, can read drawings (AutoCAD preferred), and coordinates with architects, clients, and vendors while maintaining safety and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior field.
• Experience in interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Knowledge of BOQ, billing practices, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision and execution for interior fit-out works across civil, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, ceilings, flooring.
• Prepare and submit RA bills, final bills, and verify subcontractor bills; track project costs.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, procurement, clients and consultants; maintain safety and DPR.

• Experience: 4+ years (Interior & Fit-out projects preferred)

Job Summary: The Site Supervisor cum Billing Engineer is responsible for executing interior fit-out works at site, supervising labor, ensuring quality and timelines, and handling project billing, measurements, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Execution
• Supervise interior fit-out activities (civil, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring)
• Ensure work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage labor, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion
• Maintain safety and site discipline
• Coordinate with architects and project managers
• Quantity Surveying & Billing
• Take site measurements and prepare BOQ
• Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills
• Verify subcontractor bills
• Track project costs
• Maintain billing records3.
• Material & Resource Management
• Plan material requirements
• Check material quality and storage
• Coordinate with procurement team
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR)
