Job summary

Lansum Properties LLP is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor Civil/MEP to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate civil and MEP works, supervise contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and per approved drawings and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience and deep knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and other MEP activities, with the ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and project

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil and MEP site execution.
• Ability to read civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and MEP drawings.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and site manpower.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and MEP site activities per drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting and other MEP teams.
• Review drawings for discrepancies, clashes, and constructability issues.
• Ensure work follows method statements, specs, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site activities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
• Check progress and ensure completion within schedule.
• Ensure compliance with HSE/safety requirements and report unsafe conditions.
• Monitor material quality and ensure correct use per specifications.
• Report to Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and escalate major issues.
• Ensure housekeeping and coordination of work fronts.
• Support handover, snagging, rectification, testing, and final documentation.

The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience, good knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and other MEP activities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, engineers, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil and MEP site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and other MEP teams for smooth execution.
• Review drawings and identify site-level discrepancies, clashes, and constructability issues.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved method statements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
• Check work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
• Ensure compliance with HSE/safety requirements and immediately report unsafe conditions.
• Monitor material quality and ensure materials are used as per approved specifications.
• Report to the Project Engineer/Project Manager .
• Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and escale major technical or schedule-related issues.
• Ensure housekeeping and proper coordination of work fronts.
• Support project handover, snagging, rectification, testing, and final documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Other Technical/Degree in related field.
• 7+ years of relevant site supervision experience in construction, commercial, residential, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of Civil and MEP site execution.
• Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, and site manpower.
• Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to read Dwgs/ shop drawings.
• Familiarity with BOQ, quantity checking, material reconciliation, and site measurements.
• Experience with inspection procedures and snagging/rectification.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience working on fast-track construction projects will be an advantage.
