Job summary

Interex Arch Designs in Mumbai seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior work at project sites, coordinating with Project Managers, Designers, Contractors and Vendors to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.

You will supervise trades including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing, monitor quality and progress, ensure timely completion, check materials, maintain records, and deliver regular site progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Contractors and Vendors
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs and specifications
• Supervise activities such as civil work, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, furniture and finishing work
• Monitor the quality and progress of work at site
• Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline
• Coordinate with contractors and workers and allocate daily work
• Check the quantity and quality of materials received at the site
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution
• Take measurements and maintain records of completed work
• Ensure proper execution of work as per site measurements and drawings
• Coordinate with the Purchase team for material requirements and deliveries
• Follow up with vendors and contractors for pending work
• Prepare regular site progress updates and reports
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the project site
• Conduct regular site inspections and report delays, defects or quality issues
• Coordinate with clients/consultants when required during site visits
• Ensure snagging and rectification work is completed before project handover
• Support the Project Manager in achieving timely project completion
