Job summary

Bharatzone Buildcon Llp in Mumbai is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise civil and finishing works on site, ensuring work is performed per drawings and specifications.

You will plan site activities, monitor progress, coordinate with subcontractors, labour, architects and vendors, and maintain quality of materials and workmanship to achieve timely, quality completion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil and finishing works at site as per drawings and specifications.
• Plan and monitor site activities to ensure timely completion and proper workmanship.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labour teams, architects, consultants and vendors.
• Check and maintain quality of materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
• Read and interpret architectural, civil and finishing drawings and ensure execution as per drawings.
• Supervise works including blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, screeding, tiling, flooring, painting, gypsum, false ceiling and other finishing works.
• Take measurements, prepare work quantities and assist in RA bills and subcontractor measurements.
• Monitor material consumption, wastage and requirements at site.
• Ensure proper levels, line, alignment and finishing quality of all works.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with the project team for work planning and follow-up.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for quick resolution of technical and execution-related problems.
