Job summary

Jobixo in India seeks a site execution professional to supervise civil, structural, interior fit-out, MEP, HVAC, electrical, and finishing works, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and project timelines. You will coordinate with MEP, IT/AV, vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth on-site integration.

You will monitor flooring, painting, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, conduct measurements, verify layouts, and report discrepancies.

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including vendors and subcontractors to ensure on-site integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil, structural, interior fit-out, MEP, HVAC, fire protection, ceiling, electrical, and finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with MEP, IT/AV, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and integration of all site activities.
• Monitor installation of flooring, painting, furniture, fixtures, workstations, and equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site measurements, verify layouts, and identify/report discrepancies prior to execution.
• Ensure site readiness including floor handover, work permits, safety compliance, temporary utilities, and client coordination before commencement of work.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), maintain project updates, and track execution status through R-Dash.
• Manage material receipts, GRN updates, stock transfers, consumption tracking, and daily project expense updates in R-Dash.
• Maintain complete project documentation including DPRs, material records, expense tracking, and handover documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, site cleanliness, deep cleaning activities, and readiness for final project handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion within quality, safety, and cost parameters.
