Job summary

Ekatva Group invites applications for a Civil Engineering role overseeing construction supervision at project sites in Maharashtra. The candidate will supervise day-to-day site activities, ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams to achieve on-time completion.

The ideal candidate will have BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, and management of RCC, finishing works

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 46 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Experience in structural and finishing works is required.
• Experience in high-rise building construction will be preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and construction supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrical and finishing works.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, identify deviations and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, Project Manager and internal teams for timely execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, productivity, material consumption and wastage.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for material availability.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and milestones; prepare reports and site records.
• Identify delays, risks and site issues and communicate corrective actions.
• Ensure site safety, statutory compliance and safe working practices.
• Verify BOQs, measurements, quantities, contractor work completion and billing.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and inspection records.
• Read and interpret drawings to support planning and decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and AutoCAD; MS Project knowledge preferred.

About the Role:

Responsible for supervising and executing day-to-day construction activities at project sites while ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The role involves effective coordination with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments, along with monitoring site resources, workmanship, progress, and documentation to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved architectural, structural, MEP and finishing drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrical and finishing works.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, identify deviations, resolve technical issues and minimize rework.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, Project Manager and internal teams for smooth and timely execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, productivity, material consumption and wastage.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely material availability.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and milestones; prepare DPRs, progress reports, checklists and site records.
• Identify delays, risks and site issues and communicate corrective actions to management.
• Ensure site safety, statutory compliance, housekeeping and safe working practices.

• Maintain accurate site documentation, inspection records and measurement records.

• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Preferred candidate profile
