Vertical Realtors is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in Mumbai. You will supervise civil, structural, MEP and finishing works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, quality standards and timelines.

About the Role:

Responsible for supervising and executing day-to-day construction activities at project sites while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and compliance with approved drawings and project specifications. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, internal departments, and site teams while effectively managing manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute day-to-day civil, structural, MEP and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrical and other construction activities.
• Conduct quality checks and site inspections, maintain required checklists/reports, and minimize rework.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site teams, Purchase and Stores for smooth project execution and material availability.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, productivity, work progress, timelines and resource utilization.
• Verify contractor work measurements and completion for billing purposes.
• Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Report), progress reports and trackers; identify delays and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure proper material storage, inventory control, housekeeping, site safety and compliance with company standards.
