Job summary

Paalaar Urban Farms in Tamil Nadu seeks a responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. You will ensure work follows drawings, safety standards, quality requirements and project timelines.

You will supervise labor, coordinate with engineers and managers, maintain safety and site reporting, and ensure timely completion of activities while preserving documentation and attendance records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Experience in construction site supervision.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety practices.
• Ability to read civil drawings and plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting.
