We are looking for a Site Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience in civil construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
- Check the quality of workmanship and ensure proper construction practices.
- Track daily work progress and coordinate activities according to project schedules.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and execution challenges to the project team.
- Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, material requirements, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with engineers and consultants for site inspections and technical clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements.
- Monitor measurements and quantities and support basic site documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and a safe working environment at the project site.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and construction details.
- Knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and workmanship.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers, contractors, and day-to-day site activities.
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and manage activities under project deadlines.
