Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor for projects across Pan India with 2–4 years of interior fit-out and construction experience. The role covers supervising daily site activities, gypsum wall partitions, flooring, tile installation, and ensuring safety and quality.

Travel between project sites is required; own bike and valid licence are mandatory. ITI/ Diploma or relevant graduate qualifications are acceptable, with 2–4 years of hands-on site supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Technology, or graduate with site supervision experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
• Hands-on experience in gypsum board partition, flooring, and tile installation.
• Willing to travel between project sites; own bike and driving licence required.

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project timelines.
• Manage gypsum wall partition (Drywall partition) installation and execution.
• Supervise flooring and tile installation work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.
• Handle and supervise labour efficiently.
• Arrange skilled and unskilled labour as required for the project.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor with 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely execution of gypsum wall partition (drywall), flooring, and tile installation works while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires effective labour management, coordination with contractors and vendors, material monitoring, and regular site progress reporting. Candidates should be willing to travel between project sites, possess strong site execution and finishing work knowledge, and have an own bike along with a valid Driving Licence. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

• Ability to supervise multiple activities and ensure timely project completion.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of material management and site reporting.
• Willing to travel between project sites.
• Own bike is mandatory.
