Job summary

Cornerstone Ventures is seeking a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and aluminium windows. The role requires coordinating with clients and installation teams, maintaining quality, and delivering projects on schedule.

You will read architectural drawings, manage multiple projects, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on-site. Willingness to travel to project sites and hold a valid driving license is preferred.

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and Aluminium windows. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site activities, coordinating with clients and installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and installation work.
• Coordinate with installers, electricians, plumbers, and other contractors.
• Ensure all site work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify site readiness before installation, including civil, electrical, plumbing, and flooring work.
• Conduct site measurements and identify any execution issues before production or installation.
• Monitor installation quality, alignment, finishing, and hardware functioning.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion.
• Report daily progress to the project manager.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities received at site.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of materials during Delivery & installation.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and communicate with clients professionally.
• Maintain safety standards and housekeeping at the project site.
• Ability to read architectural & interior drawings.
• Good knowledge of modular furniture installation process.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and WhatsApp for reporting.
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Knowledge of modular hardware systems (Blum, Hettich, Hfele, etc.).
• Understanding of site measurements and BOQs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
