Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE plans, safety procedures, and risk assessments for EPC projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company HSE standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety during civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and equipment installation activities.
• Ensure safe execution of high-risk activities, including work at height, lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, and electrical work.
• Identify potential hazards, investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure adherence to project HSE requirements.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, statutory documentation, and HSE performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• 812 years of experience in HSE/Safety, preferably in EPC, industrial construction, manufacturing, or energy projects.
• Prior experience handling site safety for large-scale EPC projects, including construction and commissioning activitie
