Job summary

Authentic Staffing Agency seeks an HSE Advisor/Officer to provide on-site health, safety and environmental coverage. You will guide line management and subcontract staff on day-to-day HSE matters, supporting site teams in implementing safety practices.

Qualifications include BE + ME in Mechanical/Chemical/Fire Safety/Industrial Safety, with 8–15 years of experience. The role focuses on hazard control, training, and incident reporting on site.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RAMS, legislation, guidelines, and standards.
• Experience implementing project HSE manuals and site HSE plans.
• Ability to coordinate inspections and assist HSE audits.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legislation, guidelines, standards, and RAMS relevant to the workplace.
• Ensure project HSE manual and project HSE plan are implemented on site.
• Coordinate workplace inspection programme and assist HSE audits/inspections.
• Lead development and delivery of HSE induction and training programmes.
• Identify, assess, and control hazards in the workplace.
• Assist in investigation and reporting of on-site incidents.
• Ensure understanding and implementation of all PTW systems and procedures.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Advise Project and site personnel of the requirements of legislation, guidelines, Standards, RAMS relevant to the workplace.
• Ensure the requirements of this Project Health and Safety Manual and Project specific HSE Plan are consistently and comprehensively implemented on site.
• Coordinate the workplace inspection Programme and assist with regular internal HSE audits and inspection.
• Lead and assist in the development, implementation/ delivery and revision of the HSE induction and training Programmes.
• Lead and assist in the identification, assessment, and development of control mechanisms for hazards in the workplace.
• Assist in the investigation and reporting of incidents on site as required.
• Ensure that the requirements of all PTW system/ procedures are understood and implemented.

Preferred candidate profile :

The HSE Advisors/Officers will provide site HSE coverage and advise the line management, site personnel and subcontract staff on day-to-day site HSE issues Provide field support to Site/Construction Manager and line management in implementing HSE matters.

Qualification: B.E. + M.E (Mechanical / Chemical / Fire Safety / Industrial Safety)

Experience: 8- 15 years
