Sterling & Wilson is seeking a Manager / Asst Manager - HSE for on-site support in Bengaluru, India. The role focuses on implementing Environment, Health & Safety guidelines, prevention measures, and maintaining a safe construction site across MEP, industrial, civil or metro projects.

The candidate will establish safety standards, conduct risk assessments, organize EHS training, lead emergency drills, investigate incidents, and ensure all tools and equipment are safe for use.

Responsabilités

• Establishes safety standards and policies as needed
• Initiate and organize EHS training of employees and workmen
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures
• Inspect the site and the work of personnel to identify issues (e.g. PPE violations, etc.)
• Trains and carries out emergency response drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations
• Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses
• Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use

Role Purpose

Responsible for ensuring compliance with Environment, Health & Safety guidelines. The candidate must focus on prevention methods by implementing measures to minimize hazards on site, and should have below mention experience in years in MEP, industrial, Civil or metro construction work.
