Job summary

SN & Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects in Uttar Pradesh. You will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring from start to finish, coordinating with government departments, clients, consultants, PMC, architects and contractors to ensure timely delivery within cost and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of BOQ, contracts and quality control, and a willingness to travel to project sites across Uttar Pradesh to

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Civil Construction / Project Management.
• Strong experience handling Government / PSU / Institutional projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, project planning, BOQ, billing, contracts and quality control.
• Good understanding of GFC drawings, specifications, construction methodology and site execution.
• Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage project teams and interact with senior Government/client representatives.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations across Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning, execution and monitoring of civil construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Manage multiple projects within approved cost, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with Government departments, clients, consultants, PMC, architects and contractors.
• Lead and manage site/project teams including engineers, supervisors, QA/QC and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, contracts and project requirements and ensure proper execution.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take corrective actions for delays.
• Manage billing, measurements, material planning, procurement coordination and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, specifications, safety requirements and applicable procedures.
• Conduct regular site reviews and resolve technical, execution and coordination issues.
• Prepare and review DPR/WPR, progress reports, MIS and management updates.
• Coordinate with HO for project planning, resources, commercial matters and client requirements.
• Handle project-related documentation, approvals, variations, claims and contractual matters.
• Ensure timely closure of snags, inspections, testing and project handover.
