Job summary

Halwasiya Sons Lucknow is seeking a Project Manager - Civil to lead and manage civil and MEP construction activities at site, ensuring completion as per drawings and schedules. You will guide the site team, allocate tasks per the project plan, and liaise with consultants for required information and drawings.

The role requires understanding of drawings, BOQs, contract conditions, and quality specs, with experience in estimation and rate analysis.

Job Description of Project Manager - Civil

Lead and Manage work Performance of the Civil and MEP construction activities of contractors and sub-contractors at site for the completion of the Project as per the drawings in given time schedule.

Lead and Manage Site team for their deliverables and allocate works as per project plan to achieve overall efficiencies.

Coordinate with Consultants / Management for any info / details / drawings etc that may be required for smooth functioning of the project.

Must possess understanding of Drawings, BOQs, Contract conditions, Quality specification, material inspection etc. Experience in estimation and rate analysis is required.

Report regularly to Seniors / management on status and progress of works through conf calls, weekly/ monthly progress and status reports for review.

Monitor the construction project to meet overall Project schedule.

Conducting weekly and monthly meetings at the site with the contractors to resolve site issues and review of the Project Progress. Also, Coordination between Contractor and design team for any design related issue at site.

Manage Budget and Cost control at site.

Assisting Management for getting building approval from govt. officials.

Checking and Certifying of Bills of different contracting agencies involved in the project.

Maintaining Project records.

SKILLS - Leadership quality, Good communication, problem solver, able to work with minimum supervision

Education: BE/B Tech/ Diploma in Civil

Experience - Approx15 years

Preferred: Have completed at least one Ware House Project and Row House Developments & Warehouse Construction Projects.

Skills: AutoCAD, MS office
